in the ministerial list submitted by the president and commander in chief of the armed forced of nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari to the president of the senate, Bukola Saraki on tuesday 6th october 2015 contained the regular names, bubakar Malami (SAN) (Kebbi); Abdurahman Bello Dambazzau (Kano); Aisha Jumai Al Hassan (Taraba); Alhaji Lai Mohammed (Kwara); Babatunde Raji Fashola (Lagos); Adebayo Shittu (Oyo); Solomon Dalong (Plateau); Senator Chris Ngige (Anambra); Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers); and Chief Audu Ogbeh (Benue).
Others are Mrs. Amina Ibrahim( Kaduna); Dr. Osagie Ehaneri (Edo); Emmanuel Kachukwu (Delta); Dr. Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti); Mr. Suleiman Adamu (Jigawa); Mrs. Kemi Adeosun (Ogun); Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu (Ebonyi); Ahmed Isa Ibeto (Niger); Ibrahim Usman Jibril ; Senator Hadi Sirika (Katsina); and Senator Udo Udoma (Akwa – Ibom), the above list contains four former governors and regular name plates, and yet it is not complete.
During the past administration, when former lawmakers came for screening, they are asked to take a bow and leave, but this time its not business as usual as senate promises to grill them as much as every other name on the list. the list should have been made up of new people barring the 4 months it took to compile a "Partial list". Nobody said anybody is a saint but if this is the list that took 4 months to compile, where is "The Change"?

why make ibe kachikwu the MD of NNPC when you are still going to make him a minister?
why will fashola make the list when he has an open case that questions his integrity?

are we witnessing change or just a recycling of power?
